ok...i was looking at some ringtones on the internet, and there were some .qcp files, and i wanted to preview them. is there any program that will preview it?

Not sure if this is what you want but you can convert the qcp files to waves and back to qcp if you want. Also this Qualcom purevoice format file can be played in Quicktime by apple.

windows classic media player...plays it just fine
