8900 Verizon & bitpim

Can anyone tell me how to get bitpim to work with/recognize the Verizon 8900 - I have the latest apps, but I can't see my phone - I also believe I have the correct drivers...

Did you try several times? Sometimes it doesn't connect on the first try.

Just got cable 19 of the future dial cables at Radio Shack
for my 8900 which driver(s) is the one to download?
