Need help mmc reader

I purchased a 15 in 1 card reader. I tried loading all the drivers, but it doesn't want to read my mmc card. I used my memory stick and that works. Any idea what is going on? Thanks

Please make sure you have inserted the card in the right slot.

make sure u havent insert the card the wrong way (i m not joking, it happened b4 to other ppl
