Can't Get VZWPix.com to Work

I have an LG VX7000 and I have tried to send midi ringtones through my #@vzwpix.com, but instead of getting a tone I get a txt msg telling me that I have received a Pic/Vid msg and to go to vzwpix.com/mlib/getpix to see it. When I go to the site it says that it is temporarily down. Can someone please post a step-by-step, easy to use tutorial on how to send ringtones and wallpapers through vzwpix.com? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, I think that site is down for good. You can still send sound clips to your 7000, just use your regular email program or Yahoo.

To send to your phone via your email client do this:

Bring up your email client and where it says send type this:

your number (including area code)@vzwpix.com

Example: 1234567890@vzwpix.com

Attach your sound clip to the email and send away. You don't need a subject, anything in the body, etc.

That's all there is to it.
