i get this error message when i try to down load ring tones to my i530, i730 & i860 . can someone help me

What format are they in (mp3, wav, midi) and how big are they? I had a siminlar problem download a mp3 ringtone to my i860. Once I convertered it to a wav file it download fine.

X14 gave you the answer. The file has to be formatted correctly. Use the search button to find the correct format depening on if you are trying wavs or mp3"s.
