Does anyone have the issue of voice fading in and out, when i speak to others on a wired headset they say i fade in and out,i hear them fine this happens with all my wired headsets, i have the att .343 firmware on mpx 220. SEnding phone back getting a replacement hope its the phonei have and not a glitch in the mpx

Truth, I have used a wired headset extensively with both my old .342 and now my current 1.3. I have not experienced the problem you described with either phone, so I hope your replacement solves the issue.

BTW, have you noticed how little drain a wired headset has on the battery? A few days ago, I had a 75 minute-long conference call on my old .342, and the battery only decreased from 79% to 72%. The clamshell was in the closed position throughout the call, so I presume the lack of display lighting helped minimize the battery drain. What a huge improvement over my ancient Moto Timeport!
