for all you VX4500 users...need help with ringtones

one of my friends has a 4500 phone and i'm trying to hook her up with some tones, but not sure if i have all the stuff for it. I'm using a cable for the 6000 phone and it pulled up all the info under the Filesystem tab using bitpim...but i try to send a ringtone and i get....

i'm using the bitpim version thats for the vx6000...but i figured it would work since u see all the info under Filesystem...so if someone could post asap....that'd be great. THANKS

You need to use BitPim version 7.18 or newer and set it to vx4500 under the phone selection. By what you posted here you still had bitpim set for the vx6000 which bitpim uses different code to communicate to the phone.
