OEM 3390 faceplates

Anybody know of some online shops where I can find OEM faceplates and a crystal keypad for the 3390? I'm specifically looking for the himalaya white plate with the blue trim. I found a shop that had them for 10 bucks a while back but I cant remember the site.
Looked on ebay but no seller seems to have both items and I dont wanna pay the shipping for each seperately.

ebay or half.com is where i look first, but its pretty expensive.
try your cellular store, my us cellular store has faceplates on sale for 19 sometimes, then they offer 10% off...
