Can someone please explain the options under "Force Mode" and "Force Call" on the 6100. What do they do. For instance under force call the options are P_Rev3, P_Rev4, Analog and Cancel. What is P_rev3 and P_Rev4 and why would I want to use one versus the other.

Under force mode, there is Auto, Cell only, pcs only, cdma only, and analog only. What does each do? What is Cell only and PCS only - do these take you off of Verizon as Verizon is CDMA and Analog?

I would like to know this too. What option would I select if I wanted to force my phone into all digital?

I have been having problems with my 6100. I just had my software upgraded (not *228) but a true 1 hour swap. It still won't hold a signal. I have to force the phone into digital only to get signals because the analog sounds horrible and MORE IMPORTANTLY my phone will not ring when people call if I have an analog signal. Verizon said I should swap the phone but I haven't had a chance to yet so I forced the phone into CDMA only and receive only digital signals. I seem to not lose calls anymore and my phone rings now when people call.

Hope this helps.
