Help me choose a suitable smartphone

Hi all.
My ideal smartphone is simply simple:-
- 240*320 pixels display (65k or above)
- processor 200 MHz or above
- has keypad
- support GSM (use it as a phone too)
- max. size 110mm x 45mm x 22mm
- Price: max $410
Simple, right? 
Any thoughts about a similar one?
