I HAVE A MP4 VIDEO THAT I WANT PLAYING BUT PV PLAYER WONT PLAY IT ON MY C500. ARE THERE ANY OTHER PLAYER SOFTWARE THAT YOU CAN INSTALL ON PHONE?

You can try Betaplayer which can play MP4's
* You may need to install the additional plug-ins.
http://betaplayer.corecodec.org
Run the smartphone exe file (version 0.095) form the PC
Note: betaplayer won't play any files containing AMR audio.
