i convert mps to wav files when downloading with webjal at the end of the download aerror comes up telling me to change to 19200 baud rate but it doesn't work please help.

Try removing the ID3 tags from the mp3 file. Search for a mp3 stripping program. Or you can also use Goldwave or Musicmatch.
