I'm not sure if this has already been posted... Or if this is an issue of reception or the firmware of my phone, but...

I own a Nokia 3650 on T-Mobile, and on some phone calls, there is this faint 'whoosh' sound... It happens quite frequently, and it completely drowns out the voice of my caller to where I can't hear them even if they speak a complete sentence. This 'whoosh' is even present when the caller is silent. It is also present when my signal bar is at full power.

I once thought I had to enable Enhanced Full Rate Codec, but I read somewhere that it is automatically enabled on the 3650. Is my only solution to update to firmware? Has anyone else had this problem and know of any solution?
