Kyocera SE47 Slider

I have reprogrammed the nam in my slider. It was on virgin mobile and I put it on a prepaid system..which is also a verizon network such as virgin.. the only problem i am having is getting it to do over the air programming...and i can receive calls but can not place them...anyone here have any sys id knowledge/codes..help!!!!! or if you have any tricks that would be good too...
