Volume level of a .KWS file

I have a Harry Potter ringtone in the .kws file format and the volume level is too low. Is there anyway to increase it or can I post the ringtone here and someone increase it for me?

Here are the files, one is a Midi file which will not work with the Kyocera (obviously) and the other is the .kws file.
Needless to say, please fix this so it is louder.
