Yep..Webjal 3 does..when you get ready to select which ringtone you want to load just pull down the box where the default says "midi" and you have the option of selecting wav or mp3...hope this helps!

i just got my i860 and got webjal working. I dont have the datsa cable yet, but i noticed that webjal oesnt let me select mp3 from the pulldown menu when i go to the ringtons selection. Does the phone ned to be connected first and then it will let mp3 or wav be selected?

Once you've connected your computer to your phone and it recognizes that it is an i860, it will give you the option of choosing mp3.
