Hey everyone,

I just got a 2345 phone and whenever i try to use the speed dial to call my voicemail it calls the old owners number. I can call my number and still get my voicemail but it is a inconvenience(sp?) to get a voicemail and not be able just to hit talk. I can see the number in the settings menu, but there is no way to change it. does anyone know how to hard reset the whole phone or just clear this number out? thanks!

you can change it with the kyocera PST

thanks, i got the PST and it works perfect, turns out my phone wasnt completly cleaned before i got its. thanks for the help.
