Kyocera Soho issues

I just bought this phone on Ebay. It has a US Cellular logo on the front. I had the phone activated on the Verizon network. It works fine except for one thing, the web browser doesn't even show up on the menu. Does any one know if there is a way to reset the phone to get back the factory menus.
