hey guys, all the pics ive found for my phone , well there bassed on the V300 ( I THINK ) . so there in bitmap we gif , when you convert it takes away from the color. does anyway know how we can get our webjal to download bitmap......... i did a search and nothing came up

just save the file as a jpeg then in webjal type the first letter of the file name it'll come up. looks much better than gif

thanks i'll try it, i was converting it over . made the pics look like crap

for everyone who doesn't know how to save a pic as a jpeg on webjal try this trick.
1. go to webjal
2. go to wallpapers
3. click on add
4. where you see file name type this in
5. *.*
6. then hit enter
7. try it, you can san alot by doing this

Hi, I´ve just done this on my i860 but it does not allow to set as wallpaper (the option does not appear in menu...), only when is downloaded a .gif file . Any help ?

Same as i have said in other posts... If your one of the people using Paint to convert it to gif you will lose much of your color i believe down to 256 colors... If you use a program such a Photoshop you can make the pictures a GIF and not notice any color difference... Here is an Example of one i did.
