This phone seems to be exactly what I want. Don't know when it is going to be available in the states and how much.

I am heading to China soon. Does anybody know if it is available there?

No idea as far as availability, but I read a review somewhere that indicated, at least on the review model, that the keyboard was not backlit. Hopefully that will change prior to release.
