P910 or Treo 600?

I can't decide which one to get, does anyone have any suggestions? (forget about the cost difference)

Funny you ask as I am contemplating the same thing. In fact, I am trying out the P910 and really like it. If I were to go TREO600 instead, I would miss the voice dial, the nice screen, and most importantly the bluetooth headset. What would I gain, a better keyboard, applications that I prefer, and a better implemented Joypad integration. Aside from this, I am still leaning towards the P910. If the Treo650 were available, it would be no question.

Any direction you leaning?

I am leaning towards the Treo 600, mainly because their are certain applications that use I currently use on my palm that will be sorrly missed if I go with the p910.

I've owned both and settled on the Treo.

My reasons are mostly personal preference and I recognize that many other people will have a different opinion than I. I also qualify my opinion by admitting that I owned a Treo 600 for about 3 months before I purchased the P910.

Trust me, I made a dilligent effort to force myself to become acclimated to the P910, but I always felt that the Symbian OS was rather clumbsy compared to the Palm OS.

Also, I had become very comfortable with the Treo form factor. The flip-down keyboard just seemed unnatural. They keyboard on the P910 is kind of flimbsy, but my biggest gripe is that it's not backlighted like the Treo's keyboard. It's completely usless in the dark.

Finally, it was my experience that as a phone the Treo functioned better than the P910. I've read many posts that say the Treo has terrible sound quality, reception, etc.... My Treo has performed flawlessly as a phone, much better than the P910 I owned.

The P910 does have a beautiful screen and it comes with a cradle, a car charger, an extra stylus and it has bluetooth (all of which the Treo 600 does not). I guess I'll probably upgrade to a 650 when the GSM version is available.
