help with vx6100, bitpim, ringers & pics?

whatsup all. Ok well i just got my cable for my vx6100. And i was able to connect it to the phone and everything, and was able to get all my pics and ringtones (only from the media section tho) off of my phone. I'm also able to upload pics just fine. However, if i delete all of the pics and ringers that i don't want, it works just fine, until i turn off and on my phone, then they all come back! Is there sumthin' i can do to stop this from happening???
And also, my MAJOR problem is the upload ringtones. I've followed all the instructions around, the size is about 99kb. When i'm upload it, my phone starts makin' these random beeps and then it won't play the ringer at all. Please somebody help me out and lemme know what i'm doin' wrong???
