treo 600 Sprint to Verizon

I bought a treo 600 that was on the Sprint network, I am currently using Alltel. The phone works fine using the Alltell prl, however I cannot acces the internet since the Sprint firmware forces the phone to try and connect with Sprint (which doesn't work). Verizon on the other hand works with Alltel, which would allow me to access the internet, e-mail, etc.. Do I need to find Verizon firmware, or is there another way?
I have no idea what I should do, can anyone please help!
