Harrisburg Pa Best Buy doesn not observe the Extended Return

I was at the Harrisburg PA Best Buy #547 and had a very sour experience.
I went to see if they had a 1.3 ver mpx 220. They had one and I asked to power it up to see if it was locked and to see if it had a crackely speaker. They refused. Then I decided to exchange it anyway. They refused to exchange it, saying that it was out of the 30 days. I showed them my receipt that states that it has an "Extended" return time. They tried telling me that cell phones did not qualify. I showed them that on my receipt it stated the items that were excluded from the extended return. They still refused. I spoke with the manager on duty. He was unhelpful, rude and said the he would not do it. I asked for something in writing stating that they did not qualify. Of course there was nothing. They worked together very hard to have an unhappy customer.
Anybody know an address of anybody high up on the Best Buy ladder that I can complain to?
Thought that I would let you guys in PA know about it before you try to exchange or return.

I had the Best Buy version of the MPx220 to start with (upgraded from an MPx200.) Here's a list of my past/present problems...
1. Got v.342 firmware from Best Buy with the orange sticker.
2. I had problems with BlueTooth, Internet, lockups on shutdown, and the camera at hi-res while connected to a BT device.
3. I started seeing posts on this forum of similar problems and read about the v1.3 firmware here then decided to call the Cingular replacement hotline.
5. After making two phone calls (the first person was useless) I got a replacement unit (although I had to lie to the support person as NO ONE over there was aware of the v1.3 firmware.)
6. Now this phone is finally close to being PERFECT (so I thought.)
Really, my only complaint now is the miniSD problems. I keep most of my installed apps on my SanDisk 256MB card along with all my pictures and ringtones. File manager is really inconsistant on whether or not it will show me what's on the card on the first read. I usually have to refresh. I have to launch most of the apps installed on the card 2-3 times before it will read them into memory and run them without giving me an "unsigned app" or some other error. My phone constantly reverts back to the system default sounds because it can't read them off of the card. I didn't notice this problem with v.342 and I used it for about a month before calling for in a replacement. I will probably order a 512MB of a different brand and, if it works, send the SanDisk back to Best Buy where I got it.

Ask for the name of the District Manager and speak with him/her. Simply don't take no for an answer. If the DM will not approve it, then ask for the contact info for the Regional Manager and so forth.

Well, after reading all of the posts about the SanDisk 256MB card and this phone, I've decided to order a PQI 512MB I found on ebay for ~$58.00. It seems that the phone doesn't have the same problem with that brand miniSD. I'll post what I find, but I'm sure this will fix it.
