7290 error 423 ?

Anyone have any good sources on bb error codes. BB knowledge base is vague.
I have a new user that is having problems with the device locking up occasionally and today this message popped up on the screen "error 423 device reset" I reset the device and it seems to be OK now, but if I can find out what is ailing it, maybe I can resolve this issue. Thanks!

According to the RIM Support data - http://www.blackberry.com/knowledge...643435&vernum=0 - error 423 is page fault, and their suggestion is to reload the handheld applications.
