My mpx220 with FW 1.30 is working fine, except I noticed that everytime I sync my phone with outlook and i shut the phone off and turn it back on, all my txt messages and outlook messages get deleted. I have a few questions
1) Is there something with my sim card or I am not setting something up right
2) What are all the kinds of information stored on a sim card?

not sure about the sim card, but you should check the mail settings in activsync to see what info is syncronized and for how long.

i cannot find anywhere on the activie sync software where it gives me anything for how long to keep my messages. any other ideas?

Is there a save or store feature in the menu from the message? In the V600, it would say 'store' on the lower right. If you want to save it.
