Faxwave attachments?

What I really need is to be able to open faxwave attachments that come as a PDF into my e-mail. The e-mails go to my laptop and my 7290 as well.

When I try and open the file I get Page Break This sucks!

I have the same problem with GFI Faxmaker. It sends all faxes to my email. The PDF file attached opens and shows me

for however many pages the fax contains. But when I go to open it the page is blank. All other PDF files created in other programs and sent as an email work..... This is crazy.

I emailed RIM - they said contact my provider. HAHA everything works except the GFI Faxmaker. I contact GFI and they say not their problem they create PDF in adobe 4.0 for max compatibility.

By the way, I have a 7750. When I open a PDF Fax document it is illegible - the picture is too small to read. Anyone else having these problems?

I sent an email to RIM again. Waiting to see how they blow me off this time

I did ask them to escalate the issue to a higher level tech support. I will let you know what they say when they reply. But I suspect that I will be using a BB UltraX super sparc 2000 by then (this new imaginary model BB will be available in the year 2525).

Will Handago's e-mail viewer fix this problem?

I use BES 4.0 from MobileWeb4u.com so I am on an exchange server for email. The email viewer from reqwireless is not made for exchange servers. I looked at the demo and I dont think it will work for me... so not an option.

I need RIM to step up to the plate and FIX the problem. Because it is a RIM problem in the software.
