Tracker - Calender entries don't show up

I have the 15 day trial version of Tracker 4.0 on my new SE P800. I have enjoyed it, but today noticed that about 50% of my entries into the calender do not show up on the Tracker daily summary. If I go to "RUN" and launch the SE calender the entry is there.
Any ideas?

It can also be a caching issue with tracker.
there's an option to cache the today view, so that it doesn't have to go out and fetch the calendar entries every time.
what happens if you stop and restart tracker?

I definitely think it has something to do with the caching. How do you turn it off?
