I've read things here and there but no conclusive answer. Is this something existing customers can switch to by renewing for another year or two? I'm currently on the $44.99 unlimited.

I've heard that it is specifically for those customers using a free incoming voice plan. I've also heard though, that people have been able to get on that without a free incoming plan. I guess you'd just have to call cs and butter them up and try your luck????
