please help me with sl56 problem!!!

hello everyone, my phone sl56 that i had for more than a year started going nuts on me since i went from tmobile to cingular with that. well first of all i have switched to cingular on sartuday and everything was going fine until yesterday... when i had a tmobile, i showed a freind of mine how to use a call forwarding and i have put his landline number in my phone to show him how it works then we just disactivated it and i never thought of it again... but yesterday for some reason people were not getting to my voicemail, but actually were getting directly to his landline number and now i cannot disactivate it in my phone....i try to change his number to the phone for voicemail from cingular, but when i shut the phone off and back on...his number is still there. then i tried to reset default system and it didn't do anything, but created another problem.... my option for duration charges in the Call Log disapperaed....so now i can't even set a time display so i would know how long i am on the phone..... can anyone please help me, because siemens and cingular helplines are totally worthless and don't know what and how to do it........ i'll appreciate any feedback
