(Physically) broken m55

My m55 had a bad fall, but after forcing the battery contacts into place, I got it to turn on.
Everything works except that two lines got completely burned out and the plastic part of the dynamic light fell out (i can't find it, maybe it fell in).
Before I go downtown, I wanna ask if anyone thinks this is worth fixing or if it's fixable at all.
Nothing's badly cracked, just that the dynamic light things fell off on one side.
