Hands Free with radio not working...

I used to have a motorola V60 that I change for a V600, and now for the mpx 220: all the time I use the headphones with radio in both previous models, and the connector and data cable are the same.
Now, in the mpx 220, the radio and the headphones doesn´t work: anyone knows about any stereo headphones for the mpx 220?
