Is there any way to web browse on this unit, without having to spend alot of money? I just got this thing and cant even get on the web. If there is no way possible, verizon will lose customers to T-Mobile. Any response will be helpfull. Thank You.

(For the 50th time)

Verizon is the only carrier that does not supply even a rudimentary browser to their customers. You must have a BES or hosted BES solution to have any Internet browsing on Verizon Wireless BlackBerrys.

Is there a 3rd party software that works? I looked at REQWIRELESS.com and they say it works. Please tell me what you think. Thank You. From New Jersey also.

ON verizon BB you have 2 options.

1) BES/MDS - check out hosts on google search. I use www.mobileweb4u.com. I think they have great service. Well priced for what you get.

2) If you dont want BES/MDS then again MobileWeb4U is the only choice in obtaining a WAP gateway that will work in conjuction with reqwireless PERSONAL webviewer. This option is LIMITED to PDA friendly websites. So you wont be able to surf all over the web. There is a 20K download limit due to vzw throttling their bandwidth. It works great for the price. If you want to see what they offer check out pda.mobileweb4u.com for for the BES/MDS option check out mobileweb4u.com/bb

Hope this helps.
