Help Me Please!

OK, i have a Panasonic g51U. So i wanted to change my wallpaper to ones i had downloaded off of 3gupload.com, and i hit the button 8 to get to Applications, when i got there i went to picture folder, then wallpaper then download, it says "Please Wait" for a few seconds, then it says "NOT DONE" and gets me back to the menu, how can i fix this? The same thing is happening when i go to the Sound Folder, anyway i can fix this? Or anyone know why it happens? Thanks!
