Hey,

I'm planning on getting a serial data cable and a T630 LCD TFT screen so I can completely change my T610 to a T630. I was wondering if I should first flash my phone to the new firmware before putting in the new LCD or should I put in the LCD then flash the phone? Also, what is the newest T630 firmware available?

replace the screen, then flash. That way, once you'v flashed the phone, its all ready to use
