Uploading ringtone LG VX6000 problem w/ Bitpim

I had to update some software on my VX6000 over break. It was just adding long distance service plan, but now when I got back to school I can't seem to add new ringtones to my phone. I'm not sure if it reset my data/port settings, but the message bitpim keeps giving me is:
COM 5: could not open port (2, 'CreateFile', 'The system cannot find the file specified.'
-Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

I had the same problem, I was using the newest version I could find. finally I deleted it and downloaded version 0.62 It works great. supposedly, it was designed for the vx 6000.

Apparently I had to put it on Com7 insteam of Com 5, so now its working fine. THanks for the reply though.
