VirgenMobile 8910 - download_snd.txt? and ##codes?

I can not find download_snd.txt anywhere on my cell, and the Get New Graphics choice just takes me to VirgenXL wap site.
Plus I tried the free WAP ## code and nothing happened. Anyone have a list, or a link to a list of the keyboard hacks for the VirgimMobile 8910?
