This morning when i powered on my phone, it was all messed up. I have verizon and everyone knows that theres no way to get rid of the VerizonWireless banner without a data cable. Well now thats no longer true cause No banner was showing and I can change it to what ever i want now! My wallpaper and ringtone were also changed and there was a picture of a little guy on my phone talking to somebody on the upper left corner. My caller ID no longer flashes VerizonWireless and then the time, it only says the time. when you preview some ringtones, there is someone growling at me when the song ends. My GPS was completely turned off. I tryed a Over the Air update, but when it was completed, the phone froze and nothing worked. I had to pull out the battery.

Somethings up and it's starting to scare me. Especially when i heard somebody growling at me.lol

I heard or read a month ago or so that while it is possible to hack a cell, it' so far only been done under internal company lab conditions, and at that time they said it's unlikely to happen to the public in the near future.
What got to me in a big way was them saying it IS possible, thereby getting the idiots that like to mess up personal property to start trying it.

O great! so what should I do? I guess i'll be returning my phone cause that grunting is really creepy! Maby they can flash my phone and make it all better. Although, they can just hack into it again.

Sorry, like I said I either read it in one of the columns or heard it on Rob TV or Tech Talk, can't remember which, just remember getting pi$$ed that they would make it public that it could be done (as if we don't have enough spam/virus/hacking going on on computers).

I don't see why people get their Jollys from harming others peoples electronic devices. It's crazy. Really, whats the point of wrecking someone's phone or Computer.....it's ignorant if you ask me! Thanks anyway, now at least i know why my phone is messed up
