never full bars of service?

although i currently am using a moto v551, i still use my m56 and am thinking of getting another siemens in the near future. I was always curious though as to why siemens phones never seem to get into that last bar of reception. only in areas with towers very near by does it get into that last bar. not that big of a deal b/c the RF on my siemens was pretty solid, but does anybody know why siemens does this?

Probably because they dont want to be like the rest of the companies.
Everyone else gives you 2 bars and no signal.
