Software problem I860..HELP!!!

I put a bad mp3 on my i860, corrupted the codeplug. I tried flashing the phone, i have installed new software, reset the phone, tried reading the phone on rss but wont read it since codeplug is corrupted. I went to service center and i know more ×××× then they do so they weren't able to help me. I called motorola and they want me to do door to door service but i don't have the oem case so i can't send it in for repair, i have a AM case on it. Do you guys have any ideas how to make this F*cken phone to work. When i turn it on it freezes on the i860 logo. Any help would be great. I've searched for 2 weeks now and can't find anything helpfull. Thank you

wut u do with ur OEM housing, did u sell it or something?

No, broke the spring part cuz i didn't know back then how to take it out. But back to helping with the codeplug not case questions
