LG 6000 wont play mp3 ringtones

is it just me or did they disable it for verizon users with lgvx6000, or did i hit an option that turned it off on accident maybe? please help.

You can manually load mp3's with the data cable and bitpim. I've got about five 30 second clips on mine. See this thread for instuctions. http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...threadid=246000

no no, i know how to do that, it just wont play them anymore

It played them before? I convert the extension from .mp3 to .mid on mine before loading them w/ bitpim. I just checked, I have seven that around around 235kb each and they all play.

I have a 6000, and have some 30 second mp3 clips i downloaded off of Walmart.com, how now do i get them on my phone. I dont have that cable, is it possible to do it another way.

why do you convert them to .mid? I never do that and they work just fine on mine as .mp3
