8910 MP3 Problem

I recently hooked my Audiovox 8910 up with Brewsky and a cable I bought off of eBay. When I put a new mp3 on my phone with Brewsky it corrupted all my mp3's, including the one that I copied. I downloaded a new mp3 from Alltel's Axcess shop afterwards and it wouldn't work either.
Basically, my phone's mp3 functions are toast. Is there a way to fix this or restore my phone to factory settings?
