Please Help!! I am in desperate need of a box (yes, the box only) for the CDM 9900... My puppy got to mine and I need it to exchange for a new/different phone. This has been the worst upgrade/exchange experience I've had (but it's more my vault than anyone's). If anyone has a box that I can buy or would be willing to give me, I'd be very greatful. As luck would have it, the only thing my puppy couldn't completely destroy was the ESN thing needed for the rebate, which I still have as I know that sending in for the rebate voids any exchanges.

I did go into the VZ store to ask about my box issue and they said they would need to charge a $35 box fee, which the CS phone rep (that I called after I left the store) had heard nothing about! UGH!
