Tungsten W on Cingular :HELP

Im trying to use the web using GPRS/WAP on a Tungsten W originally from AT&T. The phone aspect of it works so im sure the the unit is unlocked. I keep on getting incorrect login on it and i am using WAP@CINGULAR.NET as a username and CINGULAR1 as a password. I also get PPP error.
Any ideas??
