Massive Webjal Problems

I have run into serious impass with Webjal. I have two i860's. Both worked great with Vinny's edition. However, when I upgraded my phone to the new .07 software, it no longer worked but rather caused an error leading to a window to close webjal due to a IUSB.DLL error. However, when my wife's phone, which was not upgraded, continued to work flawlessly. Tried to download the newest webjal I could find on this sight and followed all the instructions, but still no luck.
