Using MMS on Rogers with Siemens S65

I've configured my Siemens S65 using the information in the FAQ from this forum. When I send an MMS, I see the progress indicator showing the MMS being transferred and then I get a message saying that it was successfully sent. The problem is the message is never delivered.
I tried sending to myself as well as to other Rogers subscribers ... no messages are delivered. I called the Rogers tech help desk - , they gave me the usual BS about how my phone isn't a Rogers phone so they can't help me
Has anyone been successful in sending or receiving MMS using a Siemens S65? How about with a phone that isn't a "Rogers" phone?
