I've been trying to get Web Pro to work since I got my Palm, no such luck yet. I have a Zire 72 & a Nokia 3650 with T-Mobile service. Both have BT & IR & I've tried connecting both ways & I always get a "PPP timeout message" after a couple minutes of it saying it's signing on. The phone says it's connected, but the Palm always gives me that timeout message.

Somebody HAS to know how to get online with Web Pro this way. I will be your best friend forever if you tell me how to do it, please!

I would also like to know how to get online through the phone with my laptop. It has IR, and I've managed to get it to say "connected" but I get timeouts with it as well.

Okay, I just got it to connect(how it always goes, ask for help & then it starts working).

Now for the past 20 minutes the Web Pro screen has said "formatting" on the menu bar & now the phone just disconnected.

Somebody has GOT to know how to make this work.

Exactly. If you have the $4.99 or the $9.99 T-Zones plan, you will NOT be able to connect to T-Zones because the settings are for the $19.99 Internet plan. Anyway, if you figured out how to connect, you won't be able to do anything .

That's about 99% true

There's been reports that port 80 is back running (well, from the T-Mobile Forum so take that for what it is). Now the $19.99 plan allows you to use all open ports (I know, duh-it's unlimited.) However, for a time Tzone users were able to get by using port 80. T-Mo has been cracking down and there's a few lucky people sprinkled out here and there that are still able to get by. Of course, the gravy train will come to an end for all eventually...
