hey guys. i use audacity as my mp3 software is there any other one out there. bcause i read on the other post that u can only have mp3s at 24kbs 24kbs 22500hz mono. so i have it at 22500hz mono but how do i get 24kbps. the mp3 thats on my phone right now plays and all but i think it might be holding too much memory right now. any help

dbPowerAmp is what you want. It has a slider for bitrate and right click > convert ability.
google it.
