Bitpim keeps saying busy

had to update some software on my VX6000 over break. It was just adding long distance service plan, but now when I got back to school I can't seem to add new ringtones to my phone. I'm not sure if it reset my data/port settings, but the message bitpim keeps giving me is:
COM 5: could not open port (2, 'CreateFile', 'The system cannot find the file specified.'
-Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
