problem with webjal! i almost got it figured out! help asap!

ok i almost got webjal working. its been a pain in the a$$ but ive gotten to the point where its loading the songs onto my phone and then right as the little bar moving across the screen finishes an error pops up on my screen that says....
"A general communication error occurred while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connection between the computer. Phone and cable as well as preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone Baud Rate to 19200."
well my baud rate is set at 19200. ive tried moving it to other ones and still no luck. the phone is connected and all the drivers are installed i think...i mean webjal connects to my phone when i click connect to phone and it even shows the things loaded onto my phone in the Load J2ME Applications.
i also wanted to know how i can download my pictures and videos onto my computer with this cable. thanks for any help folks.

oh snap i got it!! thanks anyways! i just found that one guys step by step to converting songs...i guess mine werent converted correctly....
